Appreciate What You've Got!

In my business I see lots of homes and neighborhoods. And in light of the economic situation this nation is attempting to endure I'm really glad I set my roots down in Pine Brook instead of pushing my limits and buying into the McMansion craze of the early 2000's.

There's too much in life to experience and enjoy and being "house poor" severely disrupts that enjoyment. While Pine Brook is by no means a "cheap" neighborhood, it is clearly far more affordable - and quite honestly - more appealing (to me) than many of the upscale developments and their residents that are now feeling the weight of this economic crisis.

I'm glad I chose Pine Brook. I hope you are too.
